Hi,
The execute button is from the SAP standard GUI status. So if you want to have that button disappear, pls follow these steps:
1. Copy SAP standard GUI status '%_00' to your own GUI STATUS say 'STATUS' using transaction SE41
2. Change all the function codes inactive or delete them from your own GUI STATUS
3. Call your own GUI status at the event INITIALIZATION and AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT using SET PF-STATUS command.

Hi,
In the Report program, you can call your own GUI Status with which you can control the program flow. You need to create your own STATUS and in the INITIALIZATION event you need to call the PF Status.
Have a look at the following links for:
1) PF Status Creation (Menu Painter)
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/d1/802cfc454211d189710000e8322d00/frameset.htm
2) ABAP Report Painter
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/d1/802cfc454211d189710000e8322d00/frameset.htm
You can also have a look at the Dialog Programming with the following search string : DEMODYNPRO*.
Hope this will help.
Thanks,
Samantak.
