How to delete SAPScript in Quality server?

Hello to All,

our custom Z* SAPscript form has to be deleted in all systems.

It is deleted in Development server in all clients, except client 000..

Unfortunately it remains in Quality server client 100 even after the transport is released.

Any ideas?

Maybe transport failed at some point? How to check this?

Any help is appreciated.

You can create a new transport. Check wheather the form exits in development if yes then delete it and release the transport.

And if you want to check wheather your transport goto to quality properly or not. For that in goto se10 enter the tr no. Check for the logs. If there is any error during transport it will display there.

Thanks, but if the first transport did not delete it, most probably the next also will not.

Hi Alex,

Please make sure that the transport request that you moved was for deletion of the script and it was deleted in DEV system completely. Secondly, check in SE01 for the transport log, if the transport was successful. Next make sure that transport moved in Quality - 100. If not than you might want to run SCC1 in quality system.

Please check these and revert for any issues.

This was Workbench Request, what do you mean by definition "deleting trasnport"?

You have mentioned, that it has to be deleted in Development system completely...do you mean deletion in client 000 is also mandatory for having it deleted in Quality client 100 ?

Check the transport log if it is successful.

Alternatively you can use program RSTXFDEL to delete the form.

This program doesn't delete the form from client 000.

Hi, Report RSTXFDEL gives the same result like transaction SE71. This means form exists in Development client 000 and not in other clients. Thanks.

Hi Alexander,

I had the same problem as you and report RSTXFDEL worked for me.

You need to run it in every client you want to delete from.

login to quality server client 100 and run the report (remember to mark delete from database) and it will no longer exist in that client.

thanks! we are getting closer to the solution. The problem is that Deletion Flag is not appearing next to the form in the object list of transport, even if the form is deleted.

Hi,

If it was used in other languages as well, check the same in those as well in development.

If it is present, then try deleting as mentioned in the link provided.

Hi everyone,

the solution is to delete SAPscript using FM DELETE_FORM in all clients in all languages of dev system, until search for the form via SE71 gives no result.

After this is done, to sign the transport.

The deletion flag appears only if transport is signed.
