How to create a transaction code to a report program,,

can any one give me in step-by-step procedure..

Go to Se93

Give your tcode name

Click "Create"

give transaction text ( as you want)

Give your report program name...

give your screen number (1000)...

Save...

type the transaction name and description.Select the radio button program and selection screen(report transaction) and save it.

Hi Prashanth,

Following are the steps for crating t-code for a report program:

1. Goto transaction SE93 and press create.

2. Give the transaction code to be created

3. Enter short text

4. Select the type of transaction to be created (based on ur requirements).

5. Enter screen number (1st screen to be displayed)

6. In GUI support, check all the checkbox

7. Save and activate.

You can also do this procedure by going to SE80, right click on program name->create transaction.

Hi Prashanth,

Follow the steps to add a t.code for your report program.

Go to T.code SE93 > Give a name > select create button > a pop-up box would appear > select Report Transaction > give the name of the report > and screen 1000.

4. Select the type of transaction to be created .

5. Enter screen number

6. In GUI support, check all the checkbox

give tcode and text , cllick on create

Goto Tcode SE93

Give the TCODE name Zxxx

Press F5 or create button

Give a short text

Select option 2 for start option

Press Enter

Give Program Name for which you are creating the Tcode

Tick all 3 checkboxes below.

SAVE.

ENTER TCODE NAME

CLICK CREATE F5

GIVE SHORT TEXT

SELECT PROGRAM AND SELECTION SCREEN

CLICK ENTER

ENTER THE PROGRAM NAME

SELECT ALL THE CHECK BOXES IN THE GUI SUPPORT.

SAVE & CHECK.
