How to change structure in BAPI?

Hello,

I have created a BAPI and added structure " zbapi_leave" in table table tab ( import , export, changing , tables).

this is currently in released state . Now one of the field length in structure " Zbapi_leave" needs to be changed .

when i try to change the first field length (seqnr), it throws an error while activation.

" BAPI-structure: invalid change: length of field SEQNR was changed" .

How can i increase the field lenth of the structure .

Hi,

If you want to change the structure which is used in BAPI ,it should be in unreleased state. Once you release all BOR's and BAPI's the structures used in import or export parameters will be freezed.
