How to capture data from sost table

Hi All

I am stuck with one issue for retrieving data from SOST table .

How can i know that particular email or fax message has been sent by user is delivered successful from SOST table ?

For example if user has sent 4-5 email which includes personal email and official email but I am interested in knowing status of only official email.
