how to batch create hierarchy task list?

Hi,guys.

I need to batch maintain hierarchy task list. create single one with T-code: WPSTLH1.

I use BDC, but i can't get the ok-code of "add exist. TL to selected node" in screen 200.

I can't find some BAPI to create hierarchy task list yet.

So can somebody tell me a method to upload hierarchy task list from excel files. Thanks very much.
