Can anyone plz tell me the detail procedure of how to apply an OSS note.It wud be really great if u can send me a document at [email protected].

1) SNOTE is a SAP transaction that can be used to implement OSS notes. This however will only implement code changes. Any config changes need to be done manually.
Using SNOTE:
- Download the note
- Set the process status to "In Process"
- Read the note instructions
- Implement the note
- View implementation log
- Set the status to "Complete"

2) Applying note Manually
Read the note and edit the objects indicated in the note by changing the code as indicated in the correction instructions.

Hi Abdul,
1. we have to go to the site
2. There it will ask for a userid and pasword.
This userid and password is given to sap customers.
(u can contact ur basis guy for this)
3. There we can search and download all available notes.
4. To automatically apply note, basis
people use SNOTE tcode.
5. Sometimes there are correction instuctions
inside the note, for which,
abaper needs to manualy create/change the
required object.
