how to activate a function key in 'SYSTEM' menu it...

Respected Members,

When i am going to purchase order then component list and that screen is coming.

This screen is having some menu items.

By default SYSTEM and HELP menu item will be present in all the screens.

Now when i am going to SYSTEM-> LIST->SAVE, nothing is coming in the highlight mode and i have to made them activate.

How to make them activate.

Please tell me the procedure to make them activate.

i want to activate the SAVE TO LOCAL FILE.

Please help me out as soon as possible.

system and help menus cant be activated / deactivated.

I had made it activated now you can click on that thing LOCAL FILE.

But problem is that after that it is not opening the Dialog BOX to show in which format you have to save.

For that i am not getting what to do.
