How does clearing document works?

Would like to ask if there is a link that gives information on how does clearing of document works in FI.

Hi,

BKPF - Period and fiscal year data

BSEG- Here you will have complete line items information with the clearing document as well.

Refer the fileds BSEG-BELNR,BUZEI,AUGBL-> Just check the combination of BELNR & AUGBL as input in the table selection you will find the BELNR & AUGBL combination variation.

For exapmple if any open item doc (Fi doc) is cleared then it will genertaes a clearing document.

There are so many scenarios where we will get the clearing document concept. That depeneds on the scenario base.
