how do i get a test server for testing my abap programs?

Check your self once again is that the question which you have asked is the right one ?

Please use this site in a good way rather posting as if you want without thinking is it right or not. Just think your self who will provide you test server ? And is it like a data which someone can pass through thin cables ?
