how data is flow in pricing table?

hi,

I am little bit confused on data flow of pricing table .......below code is for adding wbs element in pricing table....what is the used of condition table here?

If you have troubles to add a field in conditions tables, please, see SAP Note 531835 - Using field PSTYV in the condition access.
