how can we align the sap scripts ????

Dear Experts,

I have to align the scripts  . i have created everything it is displaying perfectly but alignment only missing .

I done the fields without any  space but in the output it has been taken too space that's what i made any changes it won't change from that space level.

kindly help me to correct it ????

Hi,

Align the individual windows by changing the Left Margin, Upper margin, Window width and Window height.

Go to SE71. Give the script name and language and click in change button. Click on page windows. Double click on the WINDOW names. At the bottom of the screen, all the standard attributes will come. Change it to align your windows and select the respective unit (CH or CM or MM or IN). Please find the attached screen shot the margin attributes.

I have already done this changes. then after also misalignment issue appeared .

Just start the other box from 2 text before because depending on printer it takes alignment.

In case of Dot matrix printer it is very difficult to align.

Hi,

If there is spce in texts that means in your sap script paragraph format you have entered values in space after or space before.

Please try changing the values.

Hi,

You can try doing it like this...

1. Go to your existing paragraph format, Click the tabs button,

     Specify several tab position and alignment.

2.Now go to your form and add tabs between the field and check the output.

   You can manipulate the tab positions with different values to achieve the desired output.
