Go to transaction RZ11 and check for parameter " rsau/enable "

set the Default Value = 1. This will activate the Audit Log.

Run the transaction SM20.

Selct From date, To Date and the User ID you want to trace for.

select the options from Audit Log as per the requirement and select

Re-read Audit Log. This would display the history of work done for any user.
