How can I create batch to avoid time out problem?

Hi guys,

I have a problem now about the time out in my programm. I heard of that maybe batch helps. But I don't have any clue how I can do. Should I rewrite my programm? Would you like to give me some hint?

It is urgent...

Hi!

If you are at your program's selection screen, don't run it with F8.

Choose from menu: Program - Run in background.

There are some diadvantages: you'll not have only a list at the end, in the spool. So for example ALV is not working in background.

if you use SA38 press the butto background or shift+F8.

So that means, that I don't need to change any code. It is enough that I excute the program in background: se38->prgramm->execute_>background.

Hi Liying,

normaly yes. But if you use something like GUI-UP/DOWNLOAD or

ALV-GRID you get problems.
