Hide or remove nodes in BCALV_TREE_SIMPLE_DEMO program.

I'm using BCALV_TREE_SIMPLE_DEMO program as a reference to build a tree report. Since this program doesn't create nodes manually, i don't know how to hide a certain node which is not displayed in the tree. More specifically, those nodes are empty (no values there) should not be in the output.
