normally we use ctrl+ < to comment block of code. in my system these commands r not working .can you tell where the problem is and how to solve it.

Hi Sai,
Check if you can do something in the Customizing Local Layout (ALT + F12 ). Usually if CTRL is not working then the alternative key would be TAB. Please try with TAB Combination. Or Else the editor itself would suggest a combination in the menu of how you can comment.

HI ,
alternative option for that is
goto starting of that line which line u want to block
Type '*' char and then this line will be comment block....
Note : i think by line by line u have to do if more that one line u have to block means .....

Hi Sai krishna,
When you work on some client systems, the CTRL key would be disabled. You will not be able to use ctrlF2 and ctrlF3 to check the program.
That might be the reason you are not able to use the short cut key for comment
