Hi Lucky,

There must be some special characters in the file. Just check.

there r no special characters in the file except '-' and '.'

errro Diagnosis

In several cases a file cannot be read.

The file contains fields of type 'I' or 'F'. The system cannot determine how the fields in the file are arranged.

This is a UNICODE system and you are trying to import non-character-type fields.

how to create file in different format???

Hi Lucky,

Better define your structure of input using all the character fields so that you will not face this issue.

hi,

file format and data element should be the same,

if u select <b>dat</b> file type in <b>fm</b> then u should maintain source file with fixed lenth,ex:if u give kunnr no then even in sourc file u should maintain 10 char for kunnr filed like that u maintain ur source file for the <b>dat</b> file type dat or <b>asc</b>.

maintain source file like that then try to uplaod.
