Hi all

when we insert the table field values in SE11 for the Z table

even if we give in small letters, its changed to CAPS

how to store it as such

suppose if give, "Abcd" means

it should be that stored in "Abcd" only

not ABCD

Is it possible?

Goto th domain in SE 11. select the lower case check box. now activate it.

it will work as desired

Hi,

If you have created your own domain for that feild then go to domain defination > output characterstics > lower case (Just tick the check box).

Or if ur using some standard data element then assing text10 , text20 etc

Your prob will be solved.

If lower case check box is active in you domain , It doesn't mean that letters should be stored in lower case ,but it will store data as your requirement.
