Help with smartforms

hi all, i have problems with smartforms, first when i have to print the new costumer credit memo i need to print the original and one copy. how can i do that? Can any body help me?

while executing the print program ,it gives u a window having option "Print Preview","Print" etc..there u have option of "Number of Copies" ,give it as 2 which is by default 1.

otherwise u have to do some settings in transaction SPAD so tht for tht particulra output device it wil print 2 copies always which is a basis job..
