help to find log function

i wont to use a function or bapi that i can get their log of change

in infotype

i use hr_infotype_log_get_list

and hr_infotype_log_get_detail

and i wont to now if their is somthing else

BAL_LOG_HDR_READ               Application Log: Log: Header data: Read data and texts
BAL_LOG_MSG_READ               Application Log: Log: Message: Read data and texts
