Help on Idoc

Hello

I am a student and I and my project group have to export informations from SAP in the Idoc format. I would like to know if someone here have a tutorial which explain the steps to do this. We have already found the right Idoc but we don't know how to generate the file. If it is possible we would like to export the data in XML format.

In a second time we would like to import data in SAP also with Idoc but in this case we have no idea first if it is possible and then how to do this so every help is welcome.

P.S: We are french so if the help is in french it is easier for us but in english it is also very good.

Thank you, I think it will be good at least to generate IDOC , it seems to be well explained.

We can't test the procedure now because we are on holidays but we are sure that file will be helpful.
