Help for CUCB_GET_CONFIGURATION

Hi everyone,

i am trying to retrieve the configuration data from an Equipment by using CUCB_GET_CONFIGURATION .

however some character which is invisible can not be delivered through this function module.

these characters can only be found "invisible" when TA IQ03 is called and displayed directly in Equipment Configuration.

Is that possible that a procedure running through the configuration profile which added these character when the IQ03 is called.

Has any one the same experience? how could this problem solved?

There is a 'bug' with the configuration that makes the dependencies being executed while in display mode.

The result: you see a configuration value that actually isn't in the database.

Judging by your description i think this is the case with you. Go look for the note 394561 on service.sap.com.
