Hello, thank you for Reading.
It seems that I have erased the SAP generated class for a BADI (CL_EX_FI_TAX_BADI_016), all other objects are still right, when verifying the BADI in SE18 message is: class CL_EX_FI_TAX_BADI_016 does not exist.
Also in SE80 the class BADI is not present in inside its packet.
All implementations of the BADI are actives and gives "OK" when verified, it seems that only the main class is erased.
Don't know what could I have done!!!! 😞 , but I did again in quality machine when trying to fix!!!
Please could anybody help me, to recover or regenerate the class in both machines/environtments?
Thank you in advance
Joan

Hi,
1.You may try to Retrieve the previous version of the code from Production & activate the BADI. see if it works.
2. Else, you are only missing the Class Definition, hence login to german version in the system & copy the BADI definition from there to EN version & activate the BADI definition.
You can try with these options & see if it works.
Thanks,
Kishor.

Hi Kishor thank you for your help.
Please let me ask you with a few more detail for the two options.
1) how can I retrieve previous versión from production, I never did before, with a CR's adding the object class?
2) don't understand, the class object is what is missing, how can I copy it, it if doesn't exist in any lenguajes?
How about regenerate the class from menú Utilities->generate new?
Thx a lot!

Hi,
I think, You can try with Regenerate option -> Utilities->Regenerate, but it will ask for access key of the object. try with this option.
I don't think the version comparison & other options can helps in this context as this is an issue with the BADI definition itself.
Thanks,
Kishor.

Hi,
Please go through the SAP Note 1109827 - BADI regeneration which can solve your problem by regenerating the BADI.
steps :
Regenerate the BAdI to solve the problem.
1)Execute transaction se18
2)Enter the BAdI name
3)Click on the Menu option 'utilities' and in the drop down on the 'regeneration' option.
Thanks.,
Kishor.

Dear Kishor,
We faced same issue. We have regenerated BADI definition.
But we are investigating why this happened ?
Can you throw some light on reasons, as no one is saying that they have deleted standard definition of badi. And there are no transport requests present in system related to this.
Can you suggest where and how we can check whether respective badi deleted by whom etc ?
Regards,
