GRC 5.3 error : persistence Configuration and datasource settings

Hi Team,

While creating users in UME, I am getting the following Error.

Where to check the persistence Configuration, and datasource settings.

How to cross check whether my GRC 5.3 with backend ECC6.0 is working Fine.

Current user has user creation permissions in the UME, but cannot create users in the back-end system (data source). The original and possibly untranslated message was: "No active writeable datasource found for user creation, check your Persistence Configuration.".

Hi Ram,

There is the SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO role assigned to the communication
user which gives Read Only authorization on the backend.

Please edit this user, delete this role and assign only the other role,
SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION and also generate the role profile through
PFCG. This other role provides the write access on the backend.

Finally restart the entire system and try to create a user again.
