GOS - Create -Create Attachment problem

Dear experts,

When I click on the GOS icon for me22n transaction and in menu create - then create attachment button, I do not get the pop up button to select the document from the desktop. But in our sandbox server it is working fine.

Can anybody throw some light on what is happening here?
