Hi,

Experts,

I have one requirement that some fields like VBUND, ALTKT, BEWAR are in BSEG table.

I have one more table FAGLFLEXT there i added above fields. I have to update the value from BSEG table for above fields to FAGLFLEXT table.

For that how to write substituion via transaction code GGB1.

Swetha,

In the GGB1 Go to the Financial accounting folder drop down and take the line item option. Once you click on the line item folder, it clearly explains as to how you need to proceed.

Also you did not mention how you need to populate those fields with. You can either populate it with a constant from some other field in the structure or use an exit functionality to get some custom development done for the values to be populated.

Hi Hari,

Here for updating the values for four fields based on BELNR in bseg. i am using user-exit. but user-exit is not triggering.when we post document using FB01 the values need to subtitute. But it is not happening. Can you tell me what would be the reason....
