Getting Message Server from RFC destination name

Is there a function which returns the message server name,given the

RFC destination name.

not just with RFC dest name without connecting to the target server.

from the source system call the RFC SLDAG_GET_MESSAGE_SERVER_INFO (you have the RFC destination name) to get the target server message server details.
