getting message 'Error saving the document to a temporary file'

Hi ,

I am getting Getiing the message 'Error saving the document to a temporary file' ( MESSAGE number - 170, message class -SOFFICEINTEGRATION) from the Method - OPEN_DOCUMENT_FROM_TABLE while printing the document in file extension ".docx" (Office 2007 format).

Please let me know what can be the reason for this error.

Thanks for quick response.

We were printing the documents in DOC format and now we want to print it in DOCX format.

I am getting a error message - 'Error saving the document to a temporary file' - message class-'SOFFICEINTEGRATION' from method OPEN_DOCUMENT ( class C_OI_CONTAINER_CONTROL_PROXY ).

We tried in SAP Gui 7.10 patch 7 as well as in SAP Gui 7.20 patch 7.

please let me know what can be the reason behind this error message.

Did you check the OSS Notes ?
