getting error "The data conversion program was not generated" in LSMW during convert data step.

Hi All,
I am trying to execute lsmw to upload customer data, for that I am using LSMW.
We have added some code for validation in "Define Field Mapping and Conversion Rules".
But now when we tried to execute it system giving below error in convert data step.
"The data conversion program was not generated. Do you want to view the program".
I have also check that program, there is no syntax error.
Please guide me to solve this.
