getting duplicate values after making two columns as Primary feilds?

In my requirement I made two columns as primary and I've loaded the data by FM and one column getting unique values and the other column getting duplicate values.

choosing two column as primary key means the combination of the two column is unique, doesn't mean each column individually is unique.
