is there any FM or Bapi to get an equipment's sub-equipment. Like standard transaction IE03 menu, STRUCTURE -> Sub-equip

You can fetch through a simple logic.

DATA : BEGIN OF S_EQUZ OCCURS 0,

EQUNR LIKE EQUZ-EQUNR,

DATBI LIKE EQUZ-DATBI,

SUBMT LIKE EQUZ-SUBMT,

HEQUI LIKE EQUZ-HEQUI,

END OF S_EQUZ.

SELECT EQUNR DATBI SUBMT HEQUI

FROM EQUZ

INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE S_EQUZ

FOR ALL ENTRIES IN T_MAIN

WHERE EQUNR = T_MAIN-EQUNR

AND DATBI = '99991231'.

EQUZ table comtains the equipment as well as higher equipment.

EQUZ-HEQUI is the higher equipment.

Check its validity and fetch the record accordingly.
