Get application log at item level

Hi ,

I have to read the application log in GTS for the blocked documents,

I found two function modules

APPL_LOG_READ_DB

BALW_BAPIRETURN_GET2

but these two are not fulfiling the demand as the extnumber to be provided to

APPL_LOG_READ_DB is at header level,

How can I get the Item level extnumber.

Or is there any other way to read the logs.
