Functional Specifications - Templates ?

I'm interested to know how your team documents the functional specification of:

1) Enhancements (User Exists etc)

2) Interfaces

3) Conversions (Data from Legacy System)

4) Reports and Forms(Documents)

Do you have templates for these specifications or does SAP have standard templates they provide. I have seen a few very basic templates which came from ASAP but I'm interested to know what works well for you.

We use the templates that come with the ASAP system. We have made a few minor changes to them over the past few years, but overall they meet our needs quite well.

To the SAP Moderator watching this Topic.

I have worked with many ABAP Developers in the past and every site I go to there are different standards and methodologies although ASAP is used as the Road map. I think SAP should have one common Development methodology that makes sense across all clients.
