Functional Specification:
The Functional Specification describes the features of the desired functinality.. It describes the product's features as seen by the stake holders, and contains the technical information and the data needed for the design and developement.
The Functional Specification defines what the functionality will be of a particulat area that is to be precise a transaction in SAP terminology.
The Functional Specification document to create a detailed design document that explains in detail how the software will be designed and developed.
Technical Specification
Technical Specification is the document prepared by the Technical consultants. These documents are prepared basing on the Functional Specification given by the Functional consultants. The Technical Specification contains the following;

Basically, these documents are organisation specific. Contact your colleagues or team leaders to get a copy of these documents.

Hi Soni,
Good!
Functional specification is nothing but the required functionality that user required. the Functional consultent will gather requirment from the user and will prepare a document.
the template of this doucment is different for different projects/companies.
Technical specification is nothing but how the technical consultent is going to develop the requirement. the step by step process to develop the same. this is also having templates which is different for each project.
I am not able to attach those template.
thanks,
Sunil.

Hi,
Functional spec template & tech spec template will be client specific or some times organization specific.
so nobody disclose templates since that is specific to client.Client will never gives permission to share that type of information.
Func spec: Users will mention what ever they want in the CMD (Change mgmt documnet).
normally functional spec details and tech spec detauils will be in the same document.
Funct spec clearly describes what should be the report layout, tables to be referred for fetching data, selection criteira like parameters or select-options,validations against datbase, authorizations, test cases for negative also...etc.
Tech spec details include Program name,Devt class used,Message class ,pseudo code for the logic, test cases, data flow diagram,..etc.
