what is use of RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA Function module

and RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SAMPLE 

IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BW THIS TWO FUNCTION MODULES

what are the parameters of this function modules

The basic difference is

1st one is for

1)delta load,

2)for complete interface,

2nd one is

1)full load

2)for simple interface.
