Function module to retrieve variant information details for Function Module

Hi All,

I have a small requirement.

I am searching for a function module which will help me to retrieve variant information details for a Function Module in SAP.

In view of the same, I have already found a function module which does the same thing for a report . The name of the FM is RS_VARIANT_CONTENTS.

Please help me in the same for a function module in SAP.

There have been some recent posts and replies about variants and how to process. Suggest SEARCH on this forum...should find some useful materials.
