Did you try to call SEO_METHOD_READ_ALL to get list of methods, and then SEO_EXCEPTION_READ_ALL on each method?

thanks, and is there also a way, to find an exceptions only by it's name, not knowing the class/interface?

Are you talking about classic/old exceptions or about class-based exceptions? When you say "interface", do you mean an interface in OO paradigm, or the interface or signature of a function module or method ?
