Function module "KBPP_EXTERN_UPDATE_CO"

Hi Friends,

can any one explain me how "KBPP_EXTERN_UPDATE_CO" this function module works it is for creating the Budget data for each WBS element. while testing it the entries it is giving me errors like

WBS element T20111111

No annual, overall, or period values allowed - correct profile 130001

WBS element T20111111

No posting T20111111

WBS element T20111111

No posting T20111111

please explain me how to create budget for WBS element.
