I need to update SD Billing Document in Mass, I have to know whether any Function Module or BAPI exists to do this.

Need BAPI or Function Module to change Billing Document.

This FM is used to change Sales orders not Billing Documents. Could you please let me know FM or BAPI to change billing Documents.

The BAPI is for all kinds of sales documents not only for sales orders.

Check the documentation for the BAPI

BAPI_BILLINGDOC_EDIT is for online editing it will call the transaction VF02 if you check the BAPI.

I could not find any BAPI or FM for this. But how many fields you need to change.

If it is very few fields you can go for a BDC.
