Function module or bapi for serial number creation

Hi all,

I need a fuctionmodule or bapi to upload serialnumbers .

I want to upload 10,00,000 to 11,00,000 records,

As im usiong BDC it is taking very long time for upload

So suggest me any BAPI or Function module to do the same.

Very Urgent,Kindly suggest me a better way to do the same
