When i create sales order through VA01 it throws Run time error Function Module N/mac/rsfm_user_org_unitot Found .

Please help me.....................

is it possible that the RFC to the CRM is not correct?

You can check this in SPRO here:

• transaction SPRO
• SAP Reference IMG
• SAP Retail Execution (Mob App)
• General Settings
• execute the Maintain Device Settings line

Here double-click on folder "CRM RFC destination". If I understand correctly the CRM RFC destination here is either empty or malfunctions.

For this reason, as a solution, enter a valid RFC connection to the CRM system here.
