Function module for authorizing a table

Hi,

I am in need of a Function module which is used for Authorization of the table.The requirement is like this,on a screen we place some names of tables which we have created(say 7 tables with radio buttons) and if we click on them it should display 'You are not authorised'.Only those who created can get authorisation and others not.
