Function module export

Dear Gurus,

I would like to export the function module and compile them in another system which is not in the landscape. I could save some of them to a text file. But some are created using BDC recording. How can I export the function modules created using BDC Recording.

Get the data and co files related to the transport that those FM are currently in..

Or create new transport request and include those FMs to that transport.

When you will release this transport, it will generate data and co files . Get these files copied to that out of landscape system.
