function group not under package

Hi all,

I have transported a function group from a Dev to Test system, the function group and functions can be used without any problems in Test system. But in SE80 I find the function group is not under the package like in Dev system.

In the property of the function group, the package is correctly assigned.

Anyone knows the problem?

Regards,

Hui

May be your FG is in other transport request and that request didn't go to Quality.

To find the request number of the FG,

Go to SE37.. put your FM name.. > Utlitlies > FG > Display Group ..

press Main program on the popup

In this screen .. utilities > Version managment .. here you can see the Request of FG

hi Hui,

I think it can only mean, that the package assignment of the function group was changed <i>after</i> the transport. Check in which transport request is the functiongroup currently locked and talk to the owner of the transport.
