FTXP - GL Assignment changes not to be allowed

Hi all,

With the subject requirement, we have created a "New User - ABC" in DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM.

It has an assignment of newly created role naming Z_FTXP with an assignment of objects.

We want to enter the Tax Rates but do not want to give the authorization to maintain the Tax accounts to user.

The Tax Rates comes in change mode only in case of Authorization Object FC02 and FC21 are set as change. In case, if we remove either of the object the Tax Rate does not come in change mode!

Kindly, suggest what should be done from functional side or Basis side for the above scenario where only authorization of Tax Rate Change is needed but Tax Accounts should not be changed in T-code - FTXP.

Regards,

Shridhar

Hi,

No body is there to give a correct reply ?

We have checked with the Basis team.

In Production, in T-code - SCC4 following is the status.

1. Changes and Transports for client Specific Objects are selected as "No changes allowed" .

2. Cross client object Changes selected as " No changes to Repositary and cross-client customizing object".

3. Protection : Client copier and comparison tool selected as "Protection level 0: No restriction"

4. CATT and eCATT Restriction selected as "eCATT and CATT not allowed".

Please take into consideration the above setting and suggest a suitable workaround.

Regards,

Shridhar
