Function module BAPI_MATERIAL_GET_DETAIL . See the parameter MATERIALVALUATIONDATA . In this parameter you will get back the field values that you see in ACCOUNTING view in MM03.

CA_GR_GET_BILL_MAT_INFORMATION Obtains BOM data for a material
