Find when the program last used

Hi Experts,

We need to identify what are programs are currently used and want to know when a given program last used.

But we don't get correct table, program or transaction code to get the list or find the status.

Please let us know if there any option SAP has provided to indentify those objects.

I executed a program and after the program completed try to search in the STAT transaction. But I don't get any status like execution date. Please let me know how to get the correct status of last used status
