Filter and Extended Segments

Hi ,

1. We have Extended MATMAS with our own segments.

2. Model View we defined Filters for Messgae type.

I run BD10( at FM IDOC_DATA_APPLY_FILTER_VALUES ) it fails , telling Segment Z1ADDED does not exist for message.

Segment does exist and its released!!

Kindly let me know how to over comr this error.

Hello Manohar,

Check whether an entry is maintained in Table EDIMSG with your extension.

In partner profiles make sure that the extension is mentioned.

You can reach me on Ext: 52730.

Hello Murugesh,

It has all the entries in that table, i maintained it with We82.

By the time 'EDI_IDOC_SYNTAX_GET' is reached EXTENTION_TYPE is blank ..

Still checking if one of our Oss notes has played and spoil sport..

I have a same problem.

(Extended segment does not exist for IDOC message)
