File with vertical format output

Hey folks,

I ahve a requirement where i have to prduce a file of verticla format like

I have to extract the data from SAP and produce flat files of vertical format.

01 XXXX

01 yyyyy

01 55555

02 rturr

etc.

Is there any FM to do tat.

Rocksy - why don't you give your posts a better subjects? IF you just say "General" on them all, you'll find that a lot of people skip over them.

That looks very "horizontal" for me.

Depends, you want to do it in the application server?

If you want to do it in a local drive just use FM Gui_download with write_field_separator = 'X'
