Hi,

As you said that partially cleared document lets say for G/L saved in BSIS but my doubt is when we make payment for

particular document and it is not full payment but partial payment eg

if doc 15000001 which is open for G/l 300150 for balance RS. 12000 n suppose i make partial payment of RS. 7000 then

RS. 5000 still in balance. Now in that case my doubt is that whether there will be new 2 document created against the

original document 15000001 and saved in BSIS and BSAS table

Please clarify me .

Thanks

Hi,

Initially the original document posted will be in the table BSIS ( eg for 12000). When a partial payment made against the original document , eg here (7000) also will be posted in BSIS, since it is only partially cleared. Now when we pay the balance ( here 5000) , for the same document , all the 3 documents wiill be moved to the table BSAS eg, the 12000, 7000, 5000, since it is fully cleared.

Yes you will find both the documents in BSIS distinguised with a X symbol.
